Pro-bono-Rechtsberatung ein. Unter anderem war der Verein am Aufbau einer zentralen Vermittlungsplattform f\u00fcr Pro-bono-Mandate gemeinwohlorientierter Organisationen (UPJ Pro Bono Rechtsberatung) beteiligt.<\/p><p>Dem Verein geh\u00f6ren aktuell fast 50 Rechtsanwaltskanzleien an.<\/p><p>Die Erbringung kostenloser Rechtsberatung ist in Deutschland nur eingeschr\u00e4nkt zul\u00e4ssig. Mit dieser Situation sind viele Anw\u00e4ltinnen und Anw\u00e4lte sehr unzufrieden, zumal es oft zu schwierigen Abgrenzungsfragen kommt, insbesondere wenn es um die rechtliche Unterst\u00fctzung von gemeinwohlorientierten Organisationen geht. Aus diesem Grund macht sich Pro Bono Deutschland f\u00fcr eine Verbesserung der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen stark und hat daf\u00fcr ein entsprechendes Positionspapier erarbeitet.<\/p><p>Die Liberalisierung von Pro Bono Rechtsberatung ist nicht unumstritten und st\u00f6\u00dft auf Vorbehalte. Gleichwohl besteht ein gro\u00dfer Bedarf an rechtlicher Unterst\u00fctzung sowohl von bed\u00fcrftigen Individualpersonen ohne Anspruch auf staatliche Beratungs- bzw. Prozesskostenhilfe sowie von gemeinwohlorientierten Organisationen, die sich f\u00fcr wichtige gesellschaftliche Belange einsetzen. Hinzukommt ein gewandeltes Selbstverst\u00e4ndnis vieler Anw\u00e4ltinnen und Anw\u00e4lte, die angesichts der gro\u00dfen Herausforderungen unserer Zeit, einen gesellschaftlichen Beitrag in Form von
